This programme is an open format group therapy. 4 participants are required to start - if the session has to be postponed, you can choose between a refund and using it for the next opening at priority. By registering for this programme, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment & Fees Each session is SGD35 Payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis. 2. Attendance and Commitment There is no commitment to this run of group therapy, titled 'I Am Enough'. It is operated via a drop-in format. Because there is no consistent group or ongoing therapeutic relationship, the depth of emotional processing and impact may vary from session to session. Attending more regularly can support deeper reflection and continuity, but each session is still designed to offer meaningful insights and tools — whether it’s your first or fifth time. This is not a substitute for individual therapy or formal closed-group therapy, but a gentle, guided space to pause, connect, and heal — at your own pace. 3. Confidentiality What’s shared in the group stays in the group. All participants are expected to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of others. Group discussions are to be treated with respect, care, and discretion. 4. Safe Space Policy This group is a supportive, non-judgmental space. Any behaviour that is disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful may result in removal from the programme, without refund. Participants must be 18 years and above. 5. Mental Health Disclaimer This programme is psychoeducational and supportive in nature. It is not a replacement for individual therapy or crisis support. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or require clinical support, please notify the facilitator. 6. Facilitator’s Role The programme is facilitated by Lou, a trained psychotherapist. While therapeutic insights may be offered, this programme is not considered therapy. The facilitator reserves the right to manage group dynamics to maintain psychological safety and integrity of the space. 7. Online Participation (if applicable) Online participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space to participate fully. Zoom links or access details are not to be shared with non-registered participants.
