Hi! I'm Lou.

I bring with me a background in neuroscience, psychology, and clinical hypnotherapy but more than that, I bring deep respect for the messy, layered, and beautiful experience of being human. I’m also a mother, a thinker, a feeler, a pattern spotter, experiencer of cPTSD, and someone who believes healing is both a science and a deeply personal unfolding.

 

What shapes my practice is a natural psycho analytic flair - an attunement to the subtle, the unspoken, and the spaces in-between. I’ve often been told I have a sharp eye for nuance, and a way of gently naming what’s hidden beneath the surface. This makes my journey with you in your self-discovery different.

Whatever brought you here, know that this space is built with care. I work relationally, which means I care about who you are beneath the coping. Your nervous system, your stories, your needs - they matter here. 

 

This space will help you remember who you are beneath the fear, perfectionism, anxiety, or self-doubt. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you soften into your worth and step into the life that feels true.

Alongside therapy, I also run psychoeducational workshops and group experiences that help you build emotional intelligence, learn to read people, improve relationships, and come into self-trust.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience & Psychology from King’s College London, and I am academically affiliated with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).

 

My professional pathway is different from the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) route — I am not SAC-registered. Instead, my training is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EFT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I practise under ongoing clinical supervision and continuous professional development to ensure safe, ethical, and effective practice.
