Cancellation Policy
Hi there! We're so glad you’re here. To help us get the most out of our time together, here are a few simple guidelines for our sessions: 1. Sessions & Timing Each session runs for a maximum of 2 hours. Try not to be late - do note that we’ll still need to end on time to honour the next appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and plans change! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee, Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full fee. 3. Payments Payment is made to the company's UEN number before the session to confirm your appointment 4. Support Between Sessions Lou remains in contact with you between sessions to follow up on your practices, check in on you or answer questions. It does not replace the need for future sessions. If you ever feel like you need more support between sessions, do discuss this with your therapist.
