Contact us directly via Whatsapp +65 8959 9766 to book your session or make enquiries. _________________ Fees and Payment Terms: The fee for each psychotherapy session lasting 60 and 90 minutes is set at SGD150 and SGD200 respectively for self-paid clients availing of the concessionary rate. For clients claiming reimbursement through insurance or their employer, the standard fee is SGD200 per 60 minutes session. Clients are responsible for ensuring the timely payment of fees and confirming their eligibility for insurance or employer reimbursement. All rates are subject to periodic review and adjustment as necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Hi there! We're so glad you’re here. To help us get the most out of our time together, here are a few simple guidelines for our sessions: 1. Sessions & Timing Each session runs for 60 or 90 minutes. If you’re running a little late, that’s okay. Do note that we’ll still need to end on time to honour the next person's appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. ⚠️ Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full fee 3. Payments Payment is made to the company's UEN number before the session to confirm your appointment 4. Support Between Sessions You can contact Lou via Whatsapp to follow up on your practices or ask questions. It does not replace the need for future sessions. Replies can take from 1-3 working days. And practices will take up to 3 working days to be sent to you. If you require support, do not hesitate to reach out to make an appointment. Last minute requests are welcomed.
