Service Description

Our Parent–Child Therapy sessions are designed to support both the child and the parent - not just as individuals, but as a relationship. We work with families who want more than behavioural fixes. You may be feeling stuck in recurring conflict, struggling with emotional outbursts, or unsure how to respond to your child without becoming reactive. Perhaps you’re also aware that your own childhood experiences are being stirred, and you're looking for a conscious way forward. We focus on emotional connection, communication, and coregulation, not control. - Support emotion regulation in children and parents - Repair generational attachment wounds - Teach emotion coaching skills - Build secure attachment and boundaries - Help with tantrums, defiance, aggression, anxiety, or separation issues - Heal parent guilt or triggers Our Approach Blends: Attachment-based practices Strengthening the bond between parent and child as the foundation for trust, safety, and growth. Emotion Coaching Helping parents tune into their child’s inner world, respond with empathy, and guide with clarity. Inner child and reparenting work Supporting the parent’s own healing, so they can show up grounded and present. Cancellation Policy

Hi there! We're so glad you’re here. To help us get the most out of our time together, here are a few simple guidelines for our sessions: 1. Sessions & Timing Each session runs for 60 or 90 minutes. If you’re running a little late, that’s okay — just come in when you can. Do note that we’ll still need to end on time to honour the next appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and plans change! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee, Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full fee. 3. Payments Payment is made to the company's UEN number before the session to confirm your appointment 4. Support Between Sessions Lou remains in contact with you between sessions to follow up on your practices, check in on you or answer questions. It does not replace the need for future sessions. If you ever feel like you need more support between sessions, do discuss this with your therapist.
