Sessions will last a maximum of 90 minutes. Sessions do not normally exceed 90 minutes unless you need it to. If sessions go beyond the first 90 minutes, there will be a SGD100 incurred every 30 minutes. 2. For urgent request of sessions, Whatsapp +65 8959 9766. 3. Cancellation Policy
Hi there! We're so glad you’re here. To help us get the most out of our time together, here are a few simple guidelines for our sessions: 1. Sessions & Timing Each session runs for 60 or 90 minutes. If you’re running a little late, that’s okay. Do note that we’ll still need to end on time to honour the next person's appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. ⚠️ Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full fee 3. Payments Payment is made to the company's UEN number before the session to confirm your appointment 4. Support Between Sessions You can contact Lou via Whatsapp to follow up on your practices or ask questions. It does not replace the need for future sessions. Replies can take from 1-3 working days. And practices will take up to 3 working days to be sent to you. If you require support, do not hesitate to reach out to make an appointment. Last minute requests are welcomed.
