Every Thursday | 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM | In-person | Max 15 participants Fee: SGD 275 (Installment option: $55/week - contact us directly) Choose your start date 📅 ➡️ 5 consecutive Thursdays + 45 minutes 1-on-1 individual round up with Lou 📍195 Pearl's Hill Terrace, #02-60, Singapore 168976 *Bailey (Lou's dog) might be around at times - Do you constantly second-guess yourself, struggle with setting boundaries, or feel like you’re never quite enough, no matter how much you do? This group is for anyone who’s tired of putting themselves last, people-pleasing, or feeling like they have to earn love, respect, or rest. We’ll talk about the real stuff: not feeling good in your own skin, being too hard on yourself, chasing validation, and losing your sense of self in relationships or roles. Together, we’ll gently unpack where these feelings come from, whether it’s old wounds, family expectations, or just the pressure to have it all together. You’ll learn how to rebuild your self-worth from the inside out, one layer at a time, with support, tools, and honest conversations. This is also a space to fully understand and apply the key facets of the self: self-worth, self-respect, self-love, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. The goal is to stop abandoning yourself and start showing up for yourself instead. Come as you are. You’re already worthy, and we’re here to remind you. ❤️ Transformation happens through consistency. Show up for yourself consistently over this 5 week period. - Goals: - A deeper connection with your inner self—beyond roles, perfectionism, or people-pleasing - A full understanding and application of the 5 core facets of self: Self-worth, Self-respect, Self-love, Self-compassion, and Self-forgiveness - Clarity on your emotional patterns and where they originate - Metacognition: the skill of noticing your thoughts and choosing differently - Tools to reframe limiting beliefs and nurture self-acceptance - Practices to stop abandoning yourself and start showing up with kindness - Space to rewrite the stories you’ve been told about your enough-ness - The ability to apply these shifts across every area of your life— from relationships to career, parenting, friendships, body image, and your inner dialogue with yourself What to expect: - A calm and safe weekly session with Lou and a small group of people - Gentle activities and other practices + psychoeducation by Lou - You will be respected at your comfort level. Cancellation Policy

This programme operates on a carousel format, choose your start date (Thursdays only) in the registration process. By registering for this programme, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment & Fees The full programme fee is SGD 275. Payment may be made in full or in weekly installments of SGD 55. All payments must be completed by Week 4 of the programme. Payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis. 2. Attendance and Commitment This programme operates on a carousel format, allowing new participants to join at the start of any given week as long as there are available spots. It remains a closed group each week, with sessions capped at 15 participants to maintain intimacy, consistency, and psychological safety. Rescheduling can only done once unless there is valid reason. 3. Confidentiality What’s shared in the group stays in the group. All participants are expected to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of others. Group discussions are to be treated with respect, care, and discretion. 4. Safe Space Policy This group is a supportive, non-judgmental space. Any behaviour that is disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful may result in removal from the programme, without refund. Participants must be 18 years and above. 5. Mental Health Disclaimer This programme is psychoeducational and supportive in nature. It is not a replacement for individual therapy or crisis support. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or require clinical support, please notify the facilitator. 6. Facilitator’s Role The programme is facilitated by Lou, a trained psychotherapist. While therapeutic insights may be offered, this programme is not considered therapy. The facilitator reserves the right to manage group dynamics to maintain psychological safety and integrity of the space. 7. Online Participation (if applicable) Online participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space to participate fully. Zoom links or access details are not to be shared with non-registered participants.
