I Am Enough: Group Therapy A safe space to rebuild you You’re tired of questioning your value. You want to feel secure in who you are — without needing to prove, perform, or pretend. What is the “I Am Enough Group Therapy”? A weekly in-person group therapy programme in Singapore designed to help you come home to yourself. Who this is for: - Millennial adults trying to break generational cycles - LGBTQ+ individuals healing from rejection or shame - Youths 18 and above - Mums who feel invisible or depleted - Firstborns or eldest daughters carrying family roles - Women in their 20s–40s exploring self-worth - Those managing high-functioning anxiety or burnout - Survivors of toxic or narcissistic relationships - People pleasers who struggle to say no - Individuals seeking personal growth - All are welcome _____________________________________________ In-person $35 per session Held (almost) every Thursday evening 7:30PM - 9:30PM There is no commitment. Join any available session, as often as you like Limited slots (first come, first served – max. 10 pax) ___________________________________________________________________ What to expect: - Each session has a theme - relevant to real life and real emotions. Themes will only be introduced during the session. Come curious. - The more consistently you attend, the more Lou gets to know you - sessions can deepen and shift with you - Bring anything that is on your mind; questions, struggles, reflections - Receive psychoeducation drawn from neuroscience and psychology to make sense of your patterns - Integration & Clarity with Lou: Lou reflects back common threads, helps clarify emotional themes, and offers insights or tools to support your healing - Practice inner work through live-practices, applications to deepen insight and apply what you’ve learned ___________________________________________________________________ Some of the topics covered in the group - - Emotional neglect: What it is, and how it lingers - How your childhood shaped your adult relationships - Building emotional safety in relationships - People-pleasing, Perfectionism, and Boundaries - The Loneliness we don't talk about - Inner Child Wounds - The Psychology Behind our Personality - Attachment styles and how they show up in daily life and more.. Cancellation Policy
This programme is an open format group therapy. 4 participants are required to start - if the session has to be postponed, you can choose between a refund and using it for the next opening at priority. By registering for this programme, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment & Fees Each session is SGD35 Payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis. 2. Attendance and Commitment There is no commitment to this run of group therapy, titled 'I Am Enough'. It is operated via a drop-in format. Because there is no consistent group or ongoing therapeutic relationship, the depth of emotional processing and impact may vary from session to session. Attending more regularly can support deeper reflection and continuity, but each session is still designed to offer meaningful insights and tools — whether it’s your first or fifth time. This is not a substitute for individual therapy or formal closed-group therapy, but a gentle, guided space to pause, connect, and heal — at your own pace. 3. Confidentiality What’s shared in the group stays in the group. All participants are expected to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of others. Group discussions are to be treated with respect, care, and discretion. 4. Safe Space Policy This group is a supportive, non-judgmental space. Any behaviour that is disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful may result in removal from the programme, without refund. Participants must be 18 years and above. 5. Mental Health Disclaimer This programme is psychoeducational and supportive in nature. It is not a replacement for individual therapy or crisis support. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or require clinical support, please notify the facilitator. 6. Facilitator’s Role The programme is facilitated by Lou, a trained psychotherapist. While therapeutic insights may be offered, this programme is not considered therapy. The facilitator reserves the right to manage group dynamics to maintain psychological safety and integrity of the space. 7. Online Participation (if applicable) Online participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space to participate fully. Zoom links or access details are not to be shared with non-registered participants.
